Testimonials

We contracted ARI to conduct a series of adsorption tests according to a special set of conditions. Several of the parameters of the test were varied to study the effect. This set of non-standard tests and analyses was performed expertly by the staff at ARI within budget and on schedule for the project. Consultation with principles at ARI was open and frequent and the final report provided an excellent summary of the results, analyses, and test methods. We were very pleased with the quality of work and would not hesitate to contract more work with ARI in the future.

-- Mark Ackley, Ph.D., Praxair, Inc.

ARI provides excellent value through a combination of their experimental capabilities and broad knowledge and experience in the field. They cover both ends of adsorption theory and practice. I have no reservation in turning to them in the future for an unbiased perspective on adsorption technology.

-- Client from a Major Integrated Oil Company

ARI was, in early 2001, invited by The Carbon Capture Program (CCP) to undertake a Quality Assurance Position on a new climate technology development project identified as "Electrical Swing Adsorption." The major global oil and gas producers are in the CCP activity joining forces to find new ways to separate carbon dioxide from their combustion off-gases, since they are one of the accepted causes to the ongoing warming of the Earth's atmosphere. A consortium, including Witco, which is a carbon fiber supplier, Kværner, a Norwegian offshore process equipment contractor, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and ARI, developed a new separation technology. Without the unique skills of ARI and in particular Kent Knaebel of this company this technical solution would not have been possible.
