Marking our 15th year in business in 2007, Adsorption Research, Inc. (ARI) is one of the most respected companies in the world focused exclusively on the science and technology of adsorption. Collectively, the firm and its staff offer clients the benefits of more than 60 years of industrial, academic, and scientific experience. With that experience comes exceptional expertise and insight in the field of adsorption.

The company was founded to provide organizations with an alternative to conducting adsorption-related projects (a) in-house, (b) with the assistance of vendors who may have their own products to promote, or (c) through a university. With a long track record of objective, timely, and cost-effective results, many firms have found working with ARI to be a superior choice to the aforementioned alternatives. Furthermore, ARI maintains strict confidentiality on proprietary projects. 

Well known for its research and development work, ARI also provides specialized process development, design, and engineering services. For example, ARI's engineering personnel have designed and engineered adsorption plants ranging in size from pilot-scale prototypes to full-scale industrial units.

Headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, the company maintains specialized laboratory facilities for gas-phase and liquid-phase adsorption projects and owns a wide range of the most up-to-date instruments, technologies and equipment.  These include two process mass spectrometers, flame ionization detectors, a UV fluorometer, a conductivity meter, and many other devices for measuring composition, humidity, flow, temperature and pressure.  In addition ARI has a number of laboratory scale units for prototype testing of various adsorption processes.
